I ordered the replica of the Kim Kardashian headband. This site was the only that had it and it was on back order. They were always very helpful and knowledgeable about when my order would be available. I was so excited when I got it. They were great.

LOVE the Edward Berger headpiece, it just arrived and it's BEAUTIFUL. I had had concerns becasue of the price & return policy so I emailed company. They gave me get support so I purchased, I got emails about when it would ship, wehn it did ship and package arrived, perfectly! happy consumer

Placed my order for a bridal headband on the 27th of Feb. Waited a few days and noticed the status of my order hadn't been changed to "shipped" so I contacted them and got a quick reply saying the item had been out of stock and had shipped that day. Waited for it to arrive and it was exactly what I had wanted! I totally loved it but 2 of the crystals had fallen and one was broken off. I contacted the company via email that night and again was responded to very quickly. I was told to send the item back with a return authorization number and they would send me another one in return. I sent it back the very next day (March 15) and waited and waited for the new one to arrive so I contacted them again by email and got a reply a couple days later saying a new one would be shipping out April 25 because it had been out of stock again , I waited again and checked my mail daily with hopes it had arrived and still nothing! - so I called and was told that the item is STILL out of stock and that one hadn't been send in April like I was told it would be. On the phone I was also told they should be getting more in this past Thursday (May 10th) and that they would send one out right away and then email me to let me know it had been sent and I have yet to hear anything... At this point I'm worried a new one won't arrive in time for my wedding because I'm leaving almost 2 weeks before hand. I hope I don't have to go spend more money on something else or go without! I loved the headband I got but for $89 I wanted something undamaged. If I could go back I would have gotten super glue and just dealt with it myself because its been more stress then its worth. I'm hoping this situation gets resolved soon! Everyone I've spoken to has been friendly and polite but I wish I was getting a clear reliable reply as to when I can expect my headband.

I found a barrette for myself and bridesmaids, as well as an earring and necklace set on the Bella-Tiara site. The barrettes were actually on sale,but the earring set was not. I must admit that some of the reviews had me on pins and needles, but all turned out well. It did take about 7 business days for me to receive my package after I received the email saying that the package had shipped. I also noted that a few of my stones were missing from my necklace, but it isn't noticeable. The items did seem to be poorly packaged, but the products were awesome! None of the pieces looked cheap or flimsy. Their products are definitely top notch. I just wished they would work on the packaging.

I ordered two hair clips from Bella Tiara on May 3 2012. The ordered items were charged to me May 4. I am aware that the shipping time frame is 7-9 days. I called on May 9 to confirm that my order had been shipped-since the status of the order wasn't updated. When I called, the woman I spoke to first said they handle their questions thru email, & wasn't very friendly. Secondly, she told me my order was sent out on Tuesday May 8, and I would receive my order on Friday May 11. Well I didn't receive my order on May 11 or even May 12 for the wedding. I received my order May 16- 14 days after I placed the order. I understand that sometimes things take longer, but I felt that my order wasn't sent out when I was told andI found it suspicious that there was no tracking number with the order. I believe it was not sent on the day I was told.

I ordered earrings to wear to a wedding. Understanding that $29.99 is not a lot of money, I was not expecting top-notch designer quality but I was expecting the earrings to arrive UNDAMAGED. I had the same experience as another reviewer. I emailed the company upon receipt of my damaged items (4 stones were missing from the earrings). Admittedly, I was offered a replacement pair by express mail, but why on earth would I want to replace a clearly very low quality pair of earrings with the same low quality pair of earrings? If this pair came damaged, what assurance would I have that another one wouldn't? Not to mention, I was flying out for the wedding within two days, so I decided to head to a department store to find something that I knew would not be Claire's-quality jewelry for five times the price. I sent the earrings back immediately (shipping on me) and was refunded $15.05 of the $29.99 I paid. I got a partial refund for DAMAGED goods that I did not want to keep. I'm sorry, Bella Tiara, but if you are sending customers damaged products, you should be going out of your way to make these customers happy, even if they don't want a replacement of the same item. It is not my fault that your items were poorly made. For the $14.95 that you "saved" yourselves (really? are you seriously restocking damaged earrings? and what's the rest of the deduction for? unreal...), I will be sure to alert all of my friends and family about your terrible service and low quality products. This is NOT how you do business, especially when there are a lot of other places to buy jewelry out there.

I ordered a hair comb by Elegance by Carbonneau and a Symphony Bridal veil. Beautiful! They were very quick to respond to all my emails and the products arrived in less than a week. Great service, fast delivery, no complaints.

I ordered a wedding hair comb from Bella Tiara back in about May of 2011. It was expected to arrive in about 3 weeks. After just about over a month I hadn't received it and contacted the company. They had told me that there was no way to track my package and that it became lost. I asked them to send me another and they told me I had purchased the last one. I asked when they would be getting a new shipment and they said one week. They then had told me that because I was willing to wait for their shipment, once it came in they would send it out to me right away by express mail which would only take about 4 to 6 days to get to me. Another almost 2 weeks went by and still no comb. I contacted them again and they said that another person in their office had sent out my comb, but wasn't aware of the express shipping instructions, so they just sent it out by regular shipping which had an expected eta of between 10 to 14 business days. In total I waited almost 3 months from time of purchase to get my comb. One good thing I can say about the company is the responsivness. Every time I contacted them, they responded back within 24 hours. I had ordered one that had crystal rhinestones on it, and when it arrived, the center stone was "Glued" crooked and off center. I ordered from Bella tiara because they were the only one who had the style of comb I was looking for. Would I order from them again......no.

First off, Bella-Tiara is located in NY, and I am in CT....so why would the priority shipping take over a week? Very Slow! It should have gotten here in 2 days. The bracelet had a gray stone which I consider damaged. Maria refused a full refund, she wanted her 25% restocking fee. This was NOT my fault, I just didn't change my mind, it was DAMAGED. I don't want to do business with Bella-Tiara if they have NO quality control. Buyer BEWARE !

Purchased a cathedral veil it was beautiful, and I saved over $200 dollars as I saw the same veil in a bridal boutique. Customer service was great and I receive my veil within 10 days just as promised. Very happy bride

I ordered my bridal jewelry from bella about 6 weeks before my wedding....when it didn't arrive after 3 weeks of waiting, I called and found out my package had been lost in the mail. The woman I spoke with was very accomodating and tried to have another mailed to me, but it was out of stock. She was more than willing to work with me to get another jewelry piece sent out, and was willing to give me a good deal on something more expensive if I wanted it. I ended up choosing a different necklace/earing set and a hair piece. No problems cancelling the credit card payment from the previous order....everything worked out fine and my jewelry arrived before my wedding day :) loved the hairpiece and the necklace set!!! I was a little upset that I couldn't get my original favorite, but the alternative was beautiful so I was very happy!

I order an evening bridal clutch from Bella Tiara and received it in 3 business days. I had been searching for months online and several department stores, for that special bag when I discovered Bella Tiara had exactly what I had been looking for without having to pay hundreds of dollars. I was so pleased when I opened the package. It was exactly what I wanted and so much more. The picture and description were helpful but I did not expect the quality to be so amazing!! Happy Bride
