It was such a pleasure to work with Matt. He was easy-going while still being very professional. Matt made us very comfortable and was great to hang out with. During the ceremony and reception he told us that he would be "like a ninja," hardly visible while capturing it all. He certainly lived up to his word. Matt was down on the floor, climbing potted trees and making his way around the wedding to get his shots. When we received the photos we were stunned. He took gorgeous shots in a very natural/photojournalist style. We LOVE them!!! He captured so many small moments that we are loving reliving through his photos. We cannot thank him enough for his incredible work.

Matt was a fantastic photographer with a creative twist and adventurous edge on photography. He braved the bitter cold weather with us on our engagement shoot and somehow turned our blustery photo shoot into a winter wonderland. I absolutely LOVE our pictures...they include a little bit of everything from capturing the atmosphere of a cozy coffee shop to a rustic brick wall backdrop. Matt, was also extremely affordable and very enjoyable to work with!

Matt recently photographed my wedding and I couldn't be happier! He completely and perfectly captured our personalities in every beautiful picture he took. He got absolutely everything photographed, letting us really relive the entire day every time we look at his pictures. He let us do the family pictures we had wanted and also took the most beautiful candid shots.The pictures were put up just one week after the wedding, which was awesome. I am extremely pleased with the final pictures especially because my husband and I have never been photogenic, but Matt made us look wonderful. Matt recently took pictures of my daughter. He was extremely personable and has an eye for great photos. He captured so many beautiful moments. My daughter is seven months old and matt was incredibly patient with her inability to sit still for very long. I would highly recommend Matt to photograph any occasion. I was impressed with every photo taken and I am looking forward to future photo sessions with Matt!

My fiance and I were never interested in getting engagement photos but then saw some of Matt's pictures and decided that we would love to have the opportunity to work with him. We set a date and had a great engagemnet session! It just so happened to be the hottest day of our lives but matt was able to capture many great shots! He was very professional and creative when deciding on different ways to photograph us. He was very quick to send us the pictures! We are very happy to have done the session with Matt! I used Matt for my engagement and wedding photography. He is a astounding photographer. He has an incredible eye for detail and captures the most amazing photos. He definitely thinks outside the box and always knows what’s best. He was very easy to work with and made me feel 100% comfortable along the way. He even helped me and my bridal party by making sure we were taken care of. He has exceeded my expectations and those of my guest by far. I definitely plan on using him again in the future.

When I got engaged, I discovered Matt's website. I booked then venue, the next thing I booked was him. His photography is amazing! When I looked at other photographers, I felt like you could cut your head off and place it on the current website photos and that's what you'll get. Matt has such a great eye and see's beauty in things I would never even notice that translates so well into photos. A wedding goes by so fast, I think to photos are the most important thing to keep that wondeful feeling going. 5 months later, I still look at my photos all the time and love them! He stayed in the background and you didn't even notice he was there. He's so nice, I sat him with a table my friends for dinner and they all loved him. He was right on time even though my limo was an hour late and I was freaking out because our 45 min photos shoots turned into 15 min. And in 15 min each, he got the shots. I couldn't be happier, and would highly reccomend him.lo

Dear future brides, i recently got married and if you are looking for bold, vibrant, beautiful and unique photography then I highly recommend Blueflash Photography. when I started looking for a photographer they were way to overpriced and all the pictures were the same...really do you need a picture of you looking in the mirror pretending to put on your earring? blueflash captured all the parts of the wedding my husband and i missed and then made the important parts of the wedding unforgetable in pictures. I was very happy to have found Blueflash, Matt is great, he is quick when responding to emails, helpful, flexible, stays in touch throughout the months of planning, and very professional, his wife Tara is also very professsional and fabulous! I had a photo shoot with Matt a few months ago and it was the first professional shoot that I had in my life so I was very nervous. Matt is amazing and made me feel very comfortable and confident in front of the camera. Hence, the great shots! I've had photo shoots since then but I cannot compare the experience to the professionalism that I encountered with him.I look forward to shooting with him again, he is full of creativity and his enthusiasm is inspiring!
