We contracted with Brick Park for our daughter’s wedding and could not have been happier with our choice. Having attended many weddings, we knew how important it was to have a great band at the event. Brick Park was one of the bands suggested by the wedding venue so we contacted them early in the process. From our first conversation with Paul and the comprehensive details he provided, we knew that Brick Park was the band that we wanted to hire. During the planning process, Paul was terrific and was always available to answer any questions. The wedding was Saturday evening and the band was awesome. The music during the cocktail hour was terrific and, when the dancing started, everyone was up and out of their seats. Seeing all the guests on the floor during Shout was priceless. We’ve received so many compliments about the band from our guests. Brick Park certainly contributed to making the wedding a huge success and we highly recommend them.

Planning and managing an outdoor,destination wedding is a daunting task. Probably the most important contributing factors to a successful wedding reception is providing great food and fantastic music. Our wedding was unbelievable and contracting the band Brick Park was the best decision that we made! My daughter wanted this band so bad we actually selected our wedding day based on the their availability. Our wedding had 165 guests. Everyone loved the band. Individual comments included: "Where is this band from"?, "They are awesome", "I would love to have them play at my daughter's/son's wedding","Their ability to connect with the guests was amazing", " The bands' diversity and range of music choices were tremendous". Working with the band's leader Paul Loura, was unreal. He was so accomodating and helpful in planning the bands' role in the wedding. I can not over emphasize how important your band selection is to the success of your wedding. If you want a band that can truly make your special day you have to have the band Brick Park. I am a professional musician myself, so I was very picky in regards to the band that I had playing at my wedding. Brick Park did not disappoint. They were incredibly responsive and incredibly accommodating in regards to my request to sing to my wife. Outside of that, I cannot say enough to tell how awesome they were. They really know how to work a room, they are incredibly talented, and they know their music (enough to be flexible with what they play on the spot). They had the dance floor packed the entire time. As a result of the fact that I was extremely picky in the band that I chose for my wedding, I saw many other bands play and Brick Park blew all of them out of the water. I sing professionally with the Boston Symphony Orchestra, have sung solo for crowds of over 20,000 people. My friends are all musicians, and in choosing the band for my wedding, I put my reputation on the line. I would not change a thing, for whatever function you are having, Brick Park is the best choice in a band (and yes, getting a band is infinitely better than a DJ and completely worth the money). Thank you Brick Park, for the best wedding I have ever attended (and for the fact that all of my friends are telling me the same)

I first heard Brick Park at my brother’s wedding in March 2010. I was absolutely blown away by how well they read the crowd; choosing multi-generational, family friendly music and creating the craziest dance party. When I became engaged in April 2010, one month after my brother’s wedding, it was a no-brainer to use Brick Park for my wedding as well. I knew that I would not have to worry about selecting specific songs, because they do such an amazing job of reading the audience and playing music accordingly. They did not disappoint at my wedding last weekend. Every single guest has commented on how awesome the band was and how ridiculous our dance party was. Not many bands would let an 18 + bridal party up with them to sing Journey, with the bride wearing a construction hat and numerous groomsmen in various remaining pieces of their tuxedoes. Guests have been asking their name, where they play and where we found them. I am thoroughly looking forward to my other brother’s wedding next July, as he and his fiancée are using Brick Park as well. Three family weddings in three years, all using the same band, is a testament to how outstanding they truly are. They will make your wedding a guaranteed good time. Our photographer recommended Brick Park Band to us for our wedding, and we are so glad she did! Brick Park did a fabulous job at our wedding in September on the Cape. Since my husband and I aren’t really knowledgeable in the music industry, Paul really helped us put together song choices for the ceremony and cocktail hour. The band was super flexible and easy going. They really wanted to make us happy and they certainly did. Bick Park provided an acoustic guitar set for our ceremony, which was perfect for our outdoor wedding on the water. Right after dinner, the band was ready to go. As soon as we finished our first dances, they kicked off the night with great live music and had the dance floor rocking all night long! They definitely know how to keep the party alive. The also appealed to all ages from our younger cousins in their early teens all the way up to our grandparents. It’s been a month since our wedding, and our friends are still talking about how great the band was. We were extremely happy with Brick Park, and we highly recommend them.

The band was awesome! Everyone had such a great time dancing and singing along. They were flexible and willing to learn a Pearl Jam song for my processional which was amazing and really made the experience much more personal.

We loved Brick Park. They were a pleasure to work with and made the whole process so easy. THey did the music for the ceremony off of an ipod (which we wanted) and the timing of everything worked out wonderfully. We did an acoustic set during dinner which was great and then the dancing was out of control. They are so high energy and really get people on the dance floor. Highly recommended.

Having a band was something we knew we wanted for our wedding from the beginning. With all of our friends getting married at the same time, we knew a great band was something that would set our day apart. We knew we wanted a band that could handle covering a really wide range of music, not just Top 40 or Pop. We searched for bands, attending showcases and live performances for months, desperate and almost giving up and booking a DJ. Then we saw Brick Park perform at a bar in Boston, and we fell in love right away. They blew us out of the water with a great selection from oldies to Kings of Leon. We booked them right away and felt confident they'd give our day the energy that only live music can. Throughout planning, Paul is a fantastic point of contact for the band, answering any question you have (I gave a 4.5 instead of a 5.0 only because I prefer email exchanges (I work in a cubicle) and Paul was more readily available through phone calls). On the day of the wedding, we did not leave the dance floor the entire night, even leaving our tables at dinner to dance to a few great song choices. We got SO many compliments on them during the night and afterward several people have asked us for their information to pass on to other people. The dance floor was packed all night long and the floor was even bouncing. There were songs for everyone, from Modest Mouse to Runaround Sue to Fleetwood Mac. Booking them is something I never doubted for a second and they were SO worth it. I think we even made some of our friends nervous that their weddings would live up to the bar we had set. We had guests telling us that it was the funnest wedding they had ever been to. We absolutely loved Brick Park and would recommend them to anyone!

We hired this band for our wedding in Branford, CT and all I can say is WOW! They put on a really amazing performance and were really accommodating and their song list is fantastic. Of all of the things we paid for for our wedding, this was the ultimate number 1 best thing we got; definitely worth every penny and then some. From my experience, don't even waste your time dealing with egotistical DJ's, definitely go with hiring a band (this band in particular!) because they were not pushy at all and, of all of the wedding musicians we dealt with, they didn't give us the old "we've got only one slot open for that day" line. Dealing with this band was definitely smooth sailing from day 1. Thank you Brick Park for making our special day the best ever and thank you for giving our guests a wedding they will always remember!

Brick Park made our wedding day perfect! Of course we are biased in thinking it was the best wedding we have ever been to, but numerous guests have also told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We know Brick Park is responsible for giving our wedding that title. The energy they brought to our day/night was electrifying and the dance floor was packed the whole night. That is quite the feat considering our reception venue has one of the largest dance floors in the state of Massachusetts. We cannot thank them enough for throwing us and our guests the party of the year. We will cherish that day and all the wonderful memories for the rest of our life together.

Hi Paul & band members, I just had to send you and e-mail to thank you for making Kim & Chris's wedding everything they had dreamed it would be. From the beginning of the reception to the end.... the dance floor was packed. Everyone commented on how great the band was. As you know, for my othere 2 daughter's weddings we used Night Rhythm. We had tried to get them for Kim's wedding but they were already booked. I have to say, as much as we loved them, if I had a 4th daughter (thank God we don't!) we would hire your band for that wedding. You were so attentive throught the night which is always a nice touch. Having Kim & Chris come up at the end of the night to sing "Don't Stop Believing & Living on a Prayer" was a perfect way to end the evening. Everyone one was up dancing and singing with them. I know there is so much more I could say, but I am so overwhelmed with how amazing you were that there aren't words to convey it. Brick Park made my wedding an awesome dance party! I cannot recommend them enough. The price for other bands was so much more and I felt we got more with Brick Park. They even did the music for our cocktail hour acoustically for no addtional charge! The quality of the music, the sets, and the professionalism was unmatched. Everyone commented that our band was awesome!

This band is AMAZING!!! Everyone was on the dance floor from the first song to the last. All I kept hearing all night from everyone was how great the band was, and this came from both the younger crowd and the older crowd! They play the acoustic guitar during cocktail hour, which sounded really great and was something different from the typical piano. They brought a DJ with them for during breaks, so this made for really great introductions with the songs we selected. They play the acoustic versions of songs during dinner, and it was perfect. It wasnÂ’t too loud so everyone was still able to talk, and it was all popular songs. I canÂ’t get over how great this band is. They really know how to rock! The energy at our wedding was amazing thanks to them. We had family members dancing who weÂ’ve never seen dance before. It was a huge success! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Brick Park! They are the most professional people to work with and they will do anything they can to make your wedding perfect. Paul (drummer and business manager) is amazing!!
