Double A

Wound up using another company. Never heard back from this company.

I used Double A for shuttling my guests from the hotel to the reception. My guests said that the driver was pleasant and dropped them off that the proper location. I had minimal interaction with the shuttle bus.

Our driver had no idea where he was supposed to go. He took many wrong turns and my groom had to correct him and eventually my groom sat up front with the driver just to make sure he got it right! Unreal. Also, many calls to Heather went un-returned. I went with them because they were the best price but their service was not good and I would not go with them again.

I wouldn't have changed a thing! This company is fantastic from start to finish! We loved our driver, Scott, he was great! We had a trolley which was a big hit around Mystic, I think they even got a few additional bookings from people who saw the trolley driving through town. For a very fair price, we were able to hire the driver to stay until 2 a.m. to shuttle guests to/from reception so everyone had a safe ride home. I HIGHLY recommend this company - AWESOME!

We rented the Blue Trolley and Double A did an excellent job.
