Heather did a great job with our flowers! When I first met with her, I had very little in the way of a vision and knew nothing about flowers. While I still don't know much about flowers, she helped plan out the wedding party flowers and the centerpieces. The cost was far less than I was expected and she was just fun to work with!! The flowers looked great and I was very happy to have worked with her!

Heather did an amazing job on our wedding flowers and her prices beat most florists that we spoke to in the area. I was attracted to Heather's personality and one-on-one attention right off the bat. I had a very clear vision of what I wanted and Heather was able to make it a reality. I even went back and forth on a few ideas and she was able to help make it all come together based on what was in season and what would keep up best with the weather. When my flowers arrived on wedding day I was in shock at how stunning they were. My expectations were exceeded beyond belief. I could not recommend her more.

Heather provided us with beautiful flowers and bouquets for our wedding. She was an absolute pleasure to do business with. We are still getting compliments about the flowers at our wedding. My bouquet was absolutely gorgeous. Heather was also wonderful to work with and more than accomodating. She was fast and efficient and prompt with her delivery of flowers to our venue. I found Heather online and I am so happy I did. We were on a pretty tight budget and she was great. She was really responsive and helpful and her work was gorgeous - I was so happy with the flowers from the corsages for the mom's to the bouquets to the centerpieces - everything was beautiful. She had to juggle the flowers carefully because of the heat the week leading up to the wedding but everything turned out beautifully.

Working with Heather was absolutely WONDERFUL! I had found out the woman who I had booked to do my flowers was moving out of state and she recommended Heather, and boy am I glad she did. She was always willing to meet with me if I needed her to to discuss the details of everything & anything. I had picked the flowers I wanted and she let me know what would go with what and gave me exactly what I had envisioned. The day of the wedding when she showed up with the flowers me, my mother, and my girls were blown away by how beuatiful they were, they really made my day!!! I have already told my husband if any of our friends get married I am going to tell them to use her for their flowers. BEST experience EVER! Thank you Heather for being such a joy to work with = )

Quality of Service: Heather, had an exceptional quality of service. She was extremely organized, had all the required paperwork and always responded to my emails. Her attention to detail and organization helped her understand my expectations. Her clear but detailed contracts put me at ease. Heather values her work and her customers and it shows in her service. Responsiveness: Heather, kept in contact with me throughout the wedding preparation time. Checking in to make sure we were both on the same page. The week before the wedding I received an email from Heather stating my flowers had come in and all looking good. Two days before the wedding she let me know that some of the flowers were not opening as expected. Thank fully as fate would put it they were not really necessary and Heather with her talent did what she could and the bouquet came out amazing. Professionalism: Originally, I had planned to work with another florist. However, to do unforseen problems my florist had to move. My original florist suggested Heather. I was a little nervous three months out to switch and I had considered going with Stop and Shop just to get it done. However, I agreed to meet Heather. As soon as I met her I knew she was trust worthy and she was going to put her time into my wedding flowers. I walked away from our meeting relieved. Heather, was to the point, gave me what I needed, she knows her flowers, and isn�t afraid to give some insight. Trust her she know what she is doing! Cost: At first the cost seemed a little higher then what I expected to pay, but by the day of the wedding I was so happy to know Heather would be at the church with all flowers, she was willing to come to my house and drop off the bridal flowers and everything was laid out organized and labeled. The fact that a bride doesn't have to worry is worth its weight and gold. In addition the flowers were quality. Getting married on one of the hottest days all of the flowers withstood the heat and my bouquet lasted for a week. Heather went beyond my expectations. Flexibility: Heather took my wedding on very close to my wedding date. However, that didn't effect her professionalism. She researched my pervious plans with my original florist and made sure I had what I needed. She also was able to adapt when we needed to change some of the flower drop off sites. Thank you Heather!!

Heather was fantastic! A few months before the wedding we sat down to discuss what kind of flowers I wanted, and I said something vague like, "I just want it to look like I took flowers out of a field or garden". ... I told her I didn't care what kind of flowers they had either. Even with that complete lack of information Heather was able to make the most perfect 'wild' flower looking arrangements with a blend of sunflowers, cabbages (oh yes cabbages) filler flowers and daisy's, all stuffed in antique tea pots and depression glass vases! It was the perfect country/casual/outdoor look we were going for. ALSO: The location for the wedding had fallen through at the last min. and we had to find an emergency venue. (my back yard!!!) By the night of the wedding I was unable to make any decisions because of a nervous breakdown (not joking) and Heather was able to make decisions for the flower arrangements and bouquets using the information we had previously discussed months before. She was very organized and kept her information and styles for the various weddings she was working on separate. I would recommend using Heather for any season or style of wedding she has a gift with color and structure that few wedding florists command and a wonderful personality that makes you feel like everything will in fact be OK! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!! If you want someone with vision and creativity (and even a sense of humor) then HGK Designs is the company to go with! I wanted innovative and I received stellar! Heather went above and beyond what I could have ever dreamt of for my flowers and decor for our wedding. I have gotten so may compliments on my flowers!!!! She has so much creativity, and she designed exactly what I had envisioned for our wedding (and on a budget)! If I ever need any flowers for anything, I will always go back to Heather.

We were so incredibly pleased with our flowers, bouquets, and table arrangements. I'd book Heather and HGK Designs again any day! She was so fantastic and personable to work with, and her upbeat energy made the floral part of the wedding preparations the LEAST stressful of all! She made was very accommodating and had great suggestions when I couldn't make up my mind. She has such a keen eye for style and has a way of knowing what you want even if you don't know it yourself.
