Great service at a great rate. We had to make numerous changes and they were very accommodating. Had to follow up multiple times to make sure we had a copy of the contract but all went as planned on the wedding day

Nice limo. The driver could have been dressed better for a wedding. A little late picking us up. Overall good value.

Very Disappointed! I booked Joshua's at the MGM Bridal Show about 6 months before my Wedding. I had waited to book with them so that I could get the Bridal show price and save some money. I met a Wonderful Driver, I believe his name was Allen. When I signed the contract, I asked that Allen could be our driver, I got along with him, he was very interactive, Funny, and seemed like a genuine person. The day of the Wedding came, I will say, the driver showed up ON time, maybe 5 minutes late, but I will forgive that. Out steps this man, that is NOT Allen. He looks like he just left the set for The Adams Family, like the Uncle that is on there. YEAH, I was NOT happy, and NO i am not basing this on looks, I am just describing him because it was actually pretty funny and me and my husband and bridal party joke about it.So he comes around the car, doesnt introduce himself...I had to say, "Hi, I'm the Bride, Jessica, nice to meet ya, your name??" Very unprofessional. So in the meantime, I had asked for no corny teddy bears on the limo, so I asked him, and he says, "Oh yeah, I got it!!" in this snotty voice! ugh. wow! So we all get in...put up the privacy window, and the whole ride to the church were falling off our seats because of his stop and go driving. I literally almost went a** over tea kettle a couple times. Then we got to the church and he wanted me to give him my credit card and sign the receipt...Listen, im just trying to get married here, that was NOT the right time. So my wedding planner thank god stepped in and told him we would do it later. Then we were on our way to the reception, again, stop and GO...horrible! Then we get out and we have to pay an extra $100 because we went over TIME, and I didnt add up the time because I just wanted to get the party started, so who knows if it was even accurate, we probably ran over by 10 minutes for all i know. And he didnt even tell me he was going to charge me, he justs says "sign here"...and I asked what it was for and thats when he told me...so all in all I ended up paying $480 for a ride from my house to the church, to the church to the reception, GOOD THING WE DIDNT MAKE ANY MORE STOPS FOR PICTURES! I would never use them again! They are like a car salesman, do anything to twist your arm to go with them, and then punk you in the end!

Disregard the quote, it will cost more. They will surprise you with the charge at your wedding. They figure at that point you have no choice, and they are right. Avoid this company at any cost! Calls afterward are ignored, this is the worst customer service I have every experienced. Never have had problems like this with any limo service I have used in the past. I only tried them because they quoted such low rates. What a mistake!

No company is 100% bad, although they come close. I will give them credit for arriving on time. Everything else was terrible. At destination, multiple new charges were added to the bill requiring us to wait at the car and sign documents. This is after we were guaranteed flat rate service for the ride we booked. Calling them revealed that this is standard practice. So much for the low rates. Spend a little more and book a better company it will cost you less.

A great company to work with, they are a great deal for the quailty of service you recieve
