I can not say enough about Larissa! From my initial email inquiry right up until the day of the wedding, Larissa was professional, flexible, and fun. I felt completely comfortable through the entire process-it felt like I was working with an old friend! On my wedding day, Larissa (9 months pregnant no less!) and her team came to our hotel room to tackle the moms and my large wedding party...I am still in disbelief how efficiency and calmly they pulled it off. Everyone looked, and felt stunning. I got married on a hot June evening-after an outdoor ceremony and a night of dancing, i was absolutely amazed at how remarkably my makeup held up-a true testament to the talent of Larissa and her team, as well as the quality of her products. My false lashes held up halfway thru my honeymoon! I would absolutely recommended Larissa to anyone-I am considering a boudoir or trash the dress shoot just so I can work with her again!

You won't be disappointed. You will look and feel like a million dollars on your big day!

I was late to my session due to illness pushing my wedding back over an hour. Larissa was fabulous. She wasn't concerned about the delay or getting to her next appointment - her only concerned was making me look beautiful - no small feat after being in the Emergency Room for 3 hours. I am so incredibly grateful!

Larissa is a true artist! She did an AMAZING job on my hair and makeup for a boudior photoshoot, painting my face as if it were a blank canvas! She really LOVES what she does and it shows in her work and professionalism. She creates an atmosphere where you can be yourself, let loose and have fun! I can't wait for her to do my hair and makeup for my wedding!!!

Larissa did my makeup and the hair/makeup of some of my bridesmaids. Everyone looked absolutely beautiful and my makeup was perfect! It wasn't over done like some artists do and fit the day and my personality perfectly. I have seen other weddings that she has done, and by far she is the best hair/ makeup artist in the area! She is priced very reasonably compared with other well known places and is worth every penny. Very professional and her bubbly personality will help ease your wedding day jitters! I would and have recommended her to other brides.I am now 6 months pregnant and have hired her to do my hair, make up and staging for my maternity shoot this summer. I can't wait!

Larissa did my makeup for my wedding day and I could not have been more pleased! She really made me look and feel so beautiful! Larissa was able to achieve a balance of the look that I was going for as well as was would look best on me. Larissa has a true talent of seeing every individuals natural beauty and enhancing it! I have been so pleased with her work and her professionalism that I have hired Larissa on a couple of other occasions and will continue to use her again. Larissa was so wonderful to work with! She was extremely professional and responsive while we were planning. Beyond that, she had many wonderful ideas that she shared that were really helpful to me. She is extremely friendly and funny, and she clicks with people. I felt as if she were a long lost friend that I was being reunited with. In this business people skills are so important, and she is absolutely wonderful. I can't say enough good things about her. In terms of her services, I have never felt more beautiful. She is very honest when you bring in pictures and she will tell you which ideas will work the best given your bone structure, hair etc. I have had skin problems the last few years, and her airbrush techniques made my skin look absolutely flawless. I was speechless when I saw her work and when we saw our pictures. I look forward to working with her again and again!

I couldn't have been happier on my wedding day with my makeup and my bridesmaids, Mother, and Mother in Law's makeup!!! Everyone looked gorgeous, and at their best - in a natural way. I wish I lived closer to Larissa so that I could use her more often...

Larissa is an amazing makeup artist! She turned me from hum-drum into Grace Kelly for my wedding. The images speak for themselves. She did makeup AND hair for 6 people and kept her cool under pressure. She's really an amazing talent.

Larissa did the makeup for my wedding a few years ago. I was so happy with it that I felt that if I could put a good word in for her now I would. Her talent and demeanor are beyond ordinary. I was very specific with the type of look that I wanted (natural face with dramatic eyes). Not only did she deliver, she out did herself! I got what I wanted. She is also a very fun and nice person but knows when it is time to get down to business. I feel that whatever type of bride you are (easy going - bridezilla) she can make your bridal makeup dreams come true.

Larissa was very professional and amazing the day of the event. The makeup applied was exactly what I was thinking and the extra attention to my hair and makeup during the day for touch ups was wonderful.

I cannot say enough about Larissa Lake and her team. She and I met two times before the wedding to mesh my thoughts with her ideas for my overall wedding look. There was not a detail we did not talk about, from my wedding dress to the color of the bridesmaid dresses to the overall feel of the wedding. All of these details culminated in one beautiful bride – ME! Everyone from my eighty-four year old grandma to the four bridesmaids to the mother of the groom to the two eleven year old flower girls where touched by Larissa and her team. I have never seen such compassion, patience, artistry and creativity come together to highlight everyone best attributes. The makeup and hair translated to amazing pictures where everyone stands out and no one is “lost in the crowd.” I would recommend Larissa to every future bride! She is an amazing person and artist.

Larissa did a great job on my friends wedding. She did both the hair and make-up for it. She was very upbeat and friendly! I would certainly recommend her to other brides. As far as my rating of value for cost - the MOB paid so I am not sure of her fees.
