From our first appointment all the way up to our wedding, Christine was extremely professional, awesome to work with, and made every envision and dream that we had for our wedding day come true! I never lost trust or had any doubts in her or her staff, and always felt confident and secure working with them. She made the whole process extremely stress-free and enjoyable. And trust me, from one bride to the next, that is something that you cannot overlook, or take for granted!I have nothing but the utmost respect and gratitude for Christine and her staff for making our wedding day unbelievable. The New Haven Lawn Club was the perfect venue for our wedding. Christine Perusse is both very professional and extremely nice. The staff at the New Haven Lawn made our wedding day run smoothly with no hiccups. It was such a pleasure to work with them! I cannot recommend this venue enough!

We absolutely loved our reception at NHLC! We wanted a beautiful, unique venue and we definitely got it. The vintage architecture and style of the Lawn Club sets it apart from other reception facilities (not to mention the endless photo opportunities it offers). Christine is FANTASTIC to work with, going above and beyond to help us every step of the way during our planning process. I was so comfortable on our wedding day knowing she was in control of everything. The food was excellent and the lighting was perfect (where else could you have candles everywhere!?). Our guests are still talking about it!One other special feature to highlight is NHLC's tasting, which is by far the best I've heard. Not only do you get to taste all of the food, but your table is designed how you might want it to look on your wedding day. It was such a great way to get different ideas and really picture how everything might look in the room.We are so happy we chose NHLC and can't picture having our big day anywhere else.

Everything about the New Haven Lawn Club is exquisite! The NHLC took my breath away as I took my first step into the venue - this was it! Besides from the magnificent decor, the entire staff was amazing. Christine was extremely profressional and willing to go above and beyond to ensure perfection. I couldn't be happier with the results - the food was so scrumptiously delicious, and the wait staff was profoundly attentive. I had a wonderful experience and will try to figure out another way to have an event there!

Everyone at the Lawn club was very professional and amazing. I dealt with Christine and she was just amazing. I could not have ask for a nicer, more organized, and amazing person to help me plan my wedding. Everything turned out just the way I wanted it to. All my guest have been giving me amazing feedback on how wonderful The New Haven Lawn was and how great the food was. Food was delecious, yum :) I would highly recommond it to anyone. Our wedding day was perfect from start to finish. From the staff and service to the food and atmosphere everything was wonderful. They attended to every need we had, from getting the groomsmen bottled water when they arrived, to bringing my husband and I a tray of Hors Devours while we had to take pictures, to packing up the car with all of our belongings when we left.Having the option to have our ceremony at the Lawn Club was convenient and relaxing too because we didn't want our guest to have to drive from the ceremony to the reception and do a lot of waiting around. They seamlessly transformed the ceremony room into the reception room in an hour, which suprised our guests when they found out they were going back into the same room for dinner.The food was wonderful. Everything was cooked perfect, tasted great and the presentation was artful. All the meals arrived at the tables with a lid to keep the food hot. The guests had a lot of positive comments on how their beef and chicken were cooked just right. The wait staff was very polite and attendant. They even re-roll the napkin every time you leave the table. Small details like that are a nice touch :)I can't say enough good things about Christine the wedding coordinator at the Lawn Club. She made all the difference in how our day turned out. She answered all of my questions about food options, pricing, decorating... she helped coordinate the ceremony and how the schedule of the day would go and stayed until the end of the reception. I would have been a lot more stressed if it wasn't for Christine. She is a pleasant, knowledgeable and understanding person to work with!

They made the day amazing. The staff is great and willing to help whenever.

I love this place. It is so classic and at christmastime everything is decorated.

I loved the NHLC! Christine and her staff made our wedding beyond fantastic! The place is gorgeous, the food is delicious, and the effort of the staff make this place wonderfully upscale for the most important day of you life.Christine is the most organized wedding professional I have ever met and being a particular person myself, I felt no problem trusting her with this most important day. It is still a dream that everything went so flawlessly. We cannot say enough wonderful things about the NHLC!

Our wedding was absolutely amazing with the assistance of the New Haven Lawn Club's catering group. The wedding coordinator is Christine Perusse, and she is awesome. She's very responsive and helpful to the best of her ability. The venue also made significant upgrades during their winter clean-up, including a hardwood floor stained black in the main dining room (gorgeous), fresh paint in the main dining room as well as the replacement of the kitchen doors which were previously less than attractive. They also darkened the hardwood in the ballroom, and it's stunning. I highly recommend this venue. My only complaint is that you have to meet the 120 person minimum for a Saturday night, but for most people that won't be a problem anyway. And if you don't have that many people, you can at least build the cost into add'l food for the people you do have in attendance like warm chocolate chip cookie and cold milk shooters!

The biggest regret I have about having my wedding at the NHLC is that I couldnt be a guest there myself. Our guests raved about everything from the beauty of the venue itself to the food itself. I cant put into words what a tremendous asset Christine is as the wedding coordinator. She took care of everything and I was able to relax completely for the few days leading up the the wedding. I would highly recommend NHLC to anyone for weddings or for any other event.
