Pastry Fusions

Amazing presentation and the flavors throughout my cake and then cupcakes were delicious. This company was very friendly and professional. My vision came out just as I saw it even better. They not only provide wedding cakes but cupcakes towers as well! Great company and would recommend it to any bride!

I would recommend Pastry Fusion to any bride-to-be. They were so helpful and easy to work with. We went with the Boston Creme Pie cake and our guests raved about it for weeks!

Our cake looked and tasted amazing! We had the option to pick between three different vendors and chose Pastry Fusion not only because their cakes looked/tasted good, but because Frank was easy to work with. He took our vision and made it come to life. Our cake was quite intricate- it sat on a piece of glass with votives holding the glass. There was a lot that went into this cake and Frank made it look amazing. It was exactly what we asked for!

Our wedding cake was included with our reception and we could choose 2 different bakeries. Pastry Fusions was so accomodating and the cake was the most delicious I have ever had. We had different flavors for all 4 tiers! It was also beautiful and exactly what we wanted.

Because our reception site included the cake, we had three bakeries to choose from, and Pastry Fusions was one of them. Frank and the staff at Pastry Fusions did a FABULOUS job on the design of the cake, not to mention the taste... He listened to our ideas, and made suggestions according to what we were looking for, not what his preferences were (as the other bakeries listed as choices did). We told him we didn't like a particular flavor, he didn't push us to try that flavor. We gave him examples of design elements on other cakes that we liked, and he put them together beautifully. Everyone at the wedding mentioned how delicious and beautiful the cake was. We could not have found a better fit!! As a side note, we also ordered stuffed breads for a pre-wedding party we had for out-of-town friends and family, and the breads impressed as well. I would use PF again for any occassion in a heartbeat!!

We checked out another, highly reputable place for cakes but were sorely disappointed. The people were rude, old-fashioned, and could care less about what we wanted. Pastry Fusions, however, was very accommodating. They let us pick the cake that we wanted! We were extremely pleased with how beautiful the cake was. It was our style and delicious too! What more could we ask for?!

Our wedding cake was beautiful and it was so yummy as well! We got married over nine months ago and people are still telling us how awsome our cake was! We have ordered cakes from pastry fusions for graduation party, birthdays and holidays and have never been disapointed! My grandmother didn't think our wedding cake was real, because it looked so perfect!
