Premier Limousine

I was very please with the limo service on my wedding day. They were very helpful to me and helped out anyway they could with making everyone was comfortable. They have a big selection of limusines in super condition so you can be sure you will arrive to church in style.

Dealing with the company was excellent, they were polite and very professional.The driver on the day of the wedding was not professional.He never got out of the limo, not to say hello, help us in or anything.He was rude to everyone in the wedding party, but my husband and I who he was polite to.

Premier did a really good job, although one of the two drivers did not know how to get to the location and we had to provide directions. I would think that they would have a GPS or at least navigation system they can access on their phone, or call HQ and gather this info. The wedding day has enough going on as is, mapping directions should not be one of them.

Well, they tried to take the groom to a different church! picked up the wrong directions, I guess. Luckily one of the groomsmen figured that out before they got too far. Add 15% to anything they say - there's a fuel surcharge that was not disclosed to us. And one of the windows in the gray limo would not roll back up. But they showed up, and we got to the wedding. I would shop around for a more personal service.
