TERRIBLE customer service, actually no service. These people do NOT know how to run a business. The limo itself was beautiful and our driver was fine but there was no champagne as promised and very disappointing to have nothing to toast with our bridal party. When we called to let them know, no apology. Complete ATTITUDE and my husband got sworn at. GO ELSE WHERE!

We used them for our night out and also for the wedding... for the night out they were supposed to give us a white and a black limo but we got two whites.... they were giving us a bit of a hard time with the pricing for the wedding limos... but all in all it went ok
